Carmex

Were you ever into using Carmex lip balm?  Remember those tubs?  I hated putting my fingers in them (still do), so I boycott Carmex products…until now.

I found a Carmex Moisture Plus STICK the other day at Walgreens and LOVE it!  It smells like Carmex and has the feel of Carmex, but you don’t have to put your finger in a tub to get it on your lips (hallelujah!).  Just wanted to share this with you (in case you’re a closet Carmex fan too, but hated the tub).

And, I also just saw that they have tinted ones as well (pink and peach colors…sheer).  I’d love to get my hands on one of those to try it out.

    They make them in tubes too— “plain” and cherry.

    But I agree..I love carmex…but now I have to look for the tinted ones. Like I need another lip tint…LOL.

  2. Hey, you can’t have enough lip stuff. :) And I forgot about the tubes. They’re far better than the tubs, but not near as cool as this stick.

  5. They are free this week only (thru Saturday) after you get a Register Reward to use towards a future purchase. Just bought the pink one yesterday!!

  6. Go Walgreens! What a great deal! Thanks for sharing Mom! I checked and didn’t find anything but the clear one (the one I already have). I want the peach one and possibly the pink one too. :)

  8. Picked up a peach one for you! They are on sale for $2.00 then you get a register reward for $2.00! Just remember that you can’t apply the register reward to the same item.

  10. carmex also makes hand cream now–in huge tubes at walgreens. i haven’t seen the tinted lip ones yet….

    jersey is slow in getting cool stuff.

  12. Yes….Carmex makes healing hand cream. Walgreens had it as a register reward item last week!! :-)

  15. Ah, I’d be curious how it is. I do love the Palmers with Vitamin E one (using on my ‘cortisone wrist’). :)
