13 Isn’t Unlucky At All

Today is my 13th wedding anniversary and there isn’t one thing unlucky about the number 13. I was born on the 13th. If you switch those numbers around, Jason was born on the 31st and then Brody on the 31st. Those numbers are lucky!
I’m lucky in love, lucky to have found my husband (boy did I hit the jack pot), lucky to be happily married for 13 years to my best friend. So, the number 13 is extremely lucky (no taboo here). And, I’m fully aware that luck has nothing to do with it.

Jason – I wouldn’t go as far as to say “yesterday”, but it certainly doesn’t feel like 13 years. You’ve made them a great 13 years so far.

Ya know what? I think I even forgot it was our anniversary by the time you stopped over so don’t think anything about it. It’s actually funny. We were having fun looking at Old Navy things anyway.

I know, I tend to forget that I was ever blonde (grew up that way and it appears Brody is going to be blonde too…people will wonder where he got that from). So, are you preferring blonde (I know Jason does or at least use to).
