Messy Craft Space

I don’t ever remember my office being so messy in all my life (and these pictures were taken after picking up and putting away a few things).

We have family visiting from tomorrow until the 15th (both sets of parents at different times), so I have to get everything picked up and the house clean by tomorrow.  Just thought I’d share some pictures of a VERY messy room (does this bring back memories Mom of when I was a kid?). :)

  2. This isn’t even close to what your bedroom looked like when you were a teenager!! You’d have to have stuff on the floor too! I would call this a “neat mess”. ~Mom

  3. Danielle, I’m still thinking some space of our own with the shared pack-n-play for Brody and Autumn. LOL!

    Mom, you should have seen it before. There was a TON of stuff on the floor. You could hardly find a place to step. :) Still a mess, but an organized one and I’m actually working in it now. :)

  4. Okay, Jan’s mom, you are awesome. I wish my mom commented on my blog. Every time I see my unmade bed in the morning or dishes in the sink, I remember my mom’s words: “your room is always a mess. I just can’t wait to see your house some day.” what a kick in the butt!!

  5. My Mom’s house is always picked up and perfect. The carpet always looks vacuumed and everything always looked dusted and just freshly cleaned. I love going home.

  6. Um, Jan, all I can say, is “Welcome to the way the rest of the world lives!” ;) We all take pictures when our houses are clean, cuz it’s so rare! LOL

  7. LOL! That’s pretty funny. You should have seen the rest of the house. I’ve never seen it look so bad (my space was by far the worst though). :)

  8. When your daughter only comes “home” once a year, you only have to pick up and clean once a year. How hard is that, Danielle?!!
