This salad was very interesting at first. I wouldn’t say it was love at first taste. As we both continued to eat it, it did end up tasting much better and by the end of the salad, we both said that we’d eat it again. The combination of ingredients was interesting, but the flavors mixed together had a great taste.

This is definitely not a favorite of mine and I will never be making this again…ever! It tasted like pancake batter gone sour. I know, such an awful description. I used vanilla whey protein and had I switched to chocolate whey protein, I’m wondering if it would have tasted any better. I don’t think I’m going to waste the ingredients again to find out. If you end up trying this and like it, please let me know if you made any changes to it. With extra prodding, I may try it again.
