Sweet and Nutritious Oatmeal


This morning for breakfast, I had the Eat Clean Sweet and Nutritious Oatmeal.  While I am not a fan of oatmeal (unless it’s Quaker Oats already pre-made packaged oatmeal and of course more fattening, so it tastes better), this oatmeal wasn’t too bad.  The flavor was very good and this recipe was so quick and easy to make.  It’s also very filling.  I will definitely make this recipe again.

SWEET AND NUTRITIOUS OATMEAL

Serves 1

½ cup quick-cooking oats
2/3 cup vanilla soy milk
½ cup red grapes, halved
1 tsp cinnamon
8 broken walnut halves (almonds)

Combine oats and soy milk. Cook according to package directions. Stir in halved grapes, cinnamon, and almonds.
