No-Fuss Greek Yogurt Parfait


For breakfast, I made a quick yogurt parfait.  My strawberries were getting pretty bad, so I didn’t have enough to use, but enough to make my parfait colorful for the photo.  I chose slivered almonds instead of using pecans or whole almonds crushed up.  This was so simple to throw together and very tasty.  A great breakfast if you’re running short on time in the morning.

NO-FUSS GREEK YOGURT PARFAIT

Serves 1

¼ cup dry oats
¾ cup raspberries or strawberries
7 walnuts or almonds
1 cup Greek yogurt

Add oats, berries, and nuts to yogurt and stir.
